Signature Events at Holiday Inn & Suites Carol Stream Annual Mother’s Day Brunch – Sunday, May 13, 2018

Mother’s Day Brunch at Signature Events at Holiday Inn & Suites in Carol Stream has become an annual tradition. This year, our lavish Mother’s Day Brunch returns on Sunday, May 13, 2018. Reservations are being taken for sittings staring at 11:00 am through 2:00 pm. Large groups can reserve a private setting. Reservations are being taken at 630.665.8300.

This year’s menu will include the following selections:

Seafood Station – Peel and Eat Shrimp, Baked Salmon with Lobster Sauce

Omelet Station – Ham, Mushroom, Cheddar Cheese, Onion, Green Pepper, Bacon, Sausage, Spinach, Tomato

Breakfast Buffet – Eggs Benedict, Scrambled Eggs, Shredded Hash Browns, Bacon, Sausage Links , French Toast, Broccoli Soufflé, Cheese Blintzes with Strawberry Sauce Topping,

Carving Station – Prime Rib of Beef, Bone-in Ham

Entrée Station – Chicken Marsala, Beef Stroganoff, Cheese Ravioli in Vodka Sauce, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Assorted Steamed Vegetables, Assorted Salads

Dessert Station – Fabulous Table of Assorted Dessert

Kids’ Buffet – Mac and Cheese, Tater Tots, Cheese Pizza

Beverages – One Complimentary Mimosa, Orange Juice Fountain, Coffee, Tea, Milk, Soda and Assorted Juices. $5 Bloody Marys. Full Cash Bar Available.
