For one exciting moth, beginning Monday, September 27, 2016, Alberto’s Restaurant in Carol Stream, IL will feature a “Traditional Oktoberfest Menu” in addition to its regular lunch and dinner selections.
The menu was crafted by Executive Chef Jason Burton, and features many typical Oktoberfest delicacies such as warm Bavarian pretzel served with mustard, Hungarian goulash soup, schweineschnitzel, wurst platter, kohlrouladen, rindsrouladen, kasseler rippchen, kasseler bratwurst, thüringer bratwurst, red cabbage, sauerkraut, spätzle, German fries, and, of course, apfelstrudel.
