Every month, Alberto’s Restaurant’s Chef Jason Burton brings to you delicious seasonal specials.  Here are December’s, which are available from the 2nd through the 30th.  Alberto’s Restaurant is located at Holiday Inn & Suites in Carol Stream.

 

South of the Border Taco Salad – Fried four tortilla shell, filled with seasoned ground beef, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese and our own guacamole salsa – 7

Surf and Turf – Grilled 12 oz. New York Strip steak and 6 fried shrimp, served with mashed potato and chef’s vegetable – 12

Fried Popcorn Shrimp (Only on Fridays) – served with coleslaw, fried potato twist and fresh bread. Plate – 9  All you care to eat – 12

Fried Haddock (Only on Fridays) – served with coleslaw, German fries and fresh bread.  Plate – 8  All you care to eat – 11.
