363 guests joined us at Alberto’s Restaurant and Banquets for Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 12, 2013. We cooked over 1,000 eggs, over 150 pounds of potatoes, over 90 pounds of polenta and 120 pounds of shrimp. Our prime rib chef, carved and served over 90 pounds of prime rib. 22 Alberto’s professional staff served our guest mothers and their families. It was a spectacular event, and we can’t wait to repeat it next year!
